Allison Allred
Allison is the GFM Area Ministry Director for the Red River area and is planting a Graduate Student Fellowship at Louisiana State University. Allison has been developing leaders for over two decades with InterVarsity. She has planted undergraduate ministries on 6 campuses and is now planting a graduate student fellowship at Louisiana State University. She loves starting new ministries, especially on campuses where graduate students are not currently being reached.
Allison received her undergraduate degree from Elon University and a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration with a concentration in Student Development from North Carolina State University. She is married to Eric and lives in Baton Rouge, LA with their two children LeslieAnna (age 14) and Caleb (age 13). Allison has started InterVarsity chapters in 4 different states.

Chris Sullivan
Chris is the GFM Area Ministry Director for Upstate New York and has served with InterVarsity for almost a decade. Chris’ passion is for students and faculty to encounter Jesus redeeming all things - all people, ideas, structures, and professions.
Chris graduated from Roberts Wesleyan University with a B.A. in Biblical Studies and from Northeastern Seminary with an M.A. in Theological Studies. Chris lives in Buffalo, NY with his lovely wife Sarah and their four children.
Bob Trube
Bob is an Associate Director of Faculty Ministry who has worked with InterVarsity for over 40 years in both undergraduate and graduate student ministry. Bob would describe his life passion as "bringing the love of God and the love of learning together in the lives of students and faculty."
In his free time, Bob blogs on books, reading and life at bobonbooks.com, serves on the Governance Team at Smoky Row Brethren Church, and participates in a plein air art group and a local art league with his wife Marilyn, who is a painter.
Rick Mattson
Rick is a national apologetics specialist and evangelism coach for InterVarsity. He is author of Faith is Like Skydiving: And Other Memorable Images for Dialogue with Seekers and Skeptics and Witness in the Academy: A guide for graduate students, faculty, and those who minister with them. He holds a master’s degree in Christian Thought from Bethel Seminary and lives in St. Paul, MN. He is married to Sharon, has two kids and seven grandchildren, and is a dedicated golfer.

Glenn Goldsmith
Glenn is an accomplished leader, mentor, and coach with a passion for personal and community development. He obtained his bachelor's degree in history from Princeton University and his master of divinity from Westminster Theological Seminary.
Currently, he is assistant area director of Graduate & Faculty Ministry in Georgia, serving on campus at Emory University, Georgia State University, and John Marshall Law School, as well as prospecting for ministry on new corners and new campuses. He and his wife, Kim, live in Decatur, Georgia, with their three teenage sons. In his free time, he enjoys long walks, hot yoga, cheering for Atlanta United, and spending time with his family.
Wendy Quay
Wendy serves as the Vocational Discipleship Specialist in InterVarsity’s Pacific Region. She strives to help and undergraduate students and InterVarsity staff articulate the connections between our Christian faith and all of life. Prior to this she worked with graduate students and faculty at Stanford University.
Wendy was born in Malaysia and grew up in Melbourne, Australia. She practiced law in Melbourne for several years before studying theology at Oxford University, the University of Aberdeen, and more recently at the Akrofi-Christaller Institute in Ghana. Wendy lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband Jared, their various foster children, and their little dog Oliver.
Mickey Sanchez
Mickey has been working with grad students and faculty for over a decade, seven years at Northwestern and four at Harvard. In addition, Mickey is the Director of the Faculty Roundtable on Science & Religion at Northwestern and a University Engagement Associate for the Veritas Forum.
Born and raised in NYC, Mickey graduated with a degrees in Political Science at NYU and an M.Div. and Th.M. from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary He currently lives in Chicagoland area with his wife Michelle and their two kids.
