Scott and his wife Connie (also on staff) grew up in the Pacific Northwest from non-Christian backgrounds, coming to vibrant faith as college students through InterVarsity. God has used them mostly as planters and change agents in their work with IV and Servant Partners. This grounded them in the need for a deep and hardy spirituality and gave them extensive experience in prayer ministry, intercession, healing, contemplative disciplines, and spiritual direction. They raised their children in Boulder, CO. Scott serves as the Assoc. Director for Spiritual Foundations.
