Every year, InterVarsity trains thousands of college students from every background to lead engaging and transformational Bible studies. We’ve been at it for a long time, and over the years we’ve discovered a tremendous secret that makes it possible for someone with even limited training to lead powerful Bible studies. We created this site to happily share what we’ve learned with anyone who’s been called to lead others into God’s Word. If you’re a current college student, we hope you’ll consider joining our movement! If you’re an InterVarsity alumnus, we hope this site will help you share what you learned on campus with your church.

Every brand has an essence, a feeling or concept that comes to mind when you experience that brand. It helps explain how we uniquely and distinctly do our work of mission on campus. For InterVarsity, the word that best describes our essence is “formative.” We believe college is the most formative season of a person’s life. It is when students make decisions that lay the foundation for the rest of their lives. Whether in a small group Bible study, large group worship gatherings, time in community, at a camp or conference, or while taking a risk to lead or share the gospel with a friend, students are formed into faithful leaders through InterVarsity.

Proxe Stations are visual displays that start conversations on campus. They engage students and faculty with the gospel in fresh ways, helping connect their deepest questions with the hope of Jesus.

This resource kit is for chapters that have experienced different kinds of hardship and are looking to grow in resilience and restart healthy ministry rhythms.
