Allison is the GFM Area Ministry Director for Louisiana and Texas and is planting a Graduate Student Fellowship at Louisiana State University. Allison has been developing leaders for over two decades with InterVarsity. She has planted undergraduate ministries on 6 campuses and is now planting a graduate student fellowship at Louisiana State University. She loves starting new ministries, especially on campuses where graduate students are not currently being reached.

Allison received her undergraduate degree from Elon University and a masters degree in Higher Education Administration with a concentration in Student Development from North Carolina State University. She is married to Eric and lives in Baton Rouge, LA with their two children LeslieAnna (age 13) and Caleb (age 11). Allison has lived in 6 states and started InterVarsity chapters in 4 different states.
