Christy Gates serves as National Director of Scripture Engagement. She is passionate about helping people meet God in Scripture together and developing strategy for effective Scripture engagement on campus. Christy was a Physical Therapist before joining InterVarsity, and she has been on staff for over 20 years. She has almost completed a theology degree from Fuller Seminary, and she lives with her family near Detroit, Michigan.
