Arul serves as the national director for South Asian InterVarsity.

Arul is a third-culture kid having grown up in Australia, South India and the U.S. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in molecular biology and instead of pursuing medical studies decided to join InterVarsity staff. Arul enjoys starting new things and shortly after coming on staff planted an SAIV movement at his alma mater. During his time there, he helped create the Faith and Chai event that has spread around the country and inspired a podcast. As InterVarsity increasingly serves South Asian students from various faith backgrounds Arul started the SAIV support network to aid them in their faith journeys. 

Arul is humbled to oversee the continued growth of the national SAIV movement and to see this generation of South Asian students passionately worshipping Jesus, embodying Him in their communities, and becoming a blessing to the world. Arul lives with his wife and sons in Orlando, FL.

The National Scripture Engagement Team develops resources and experiences that help people meet God in Scripture together. Their vision statement is Love Scripture. Lead Scripture. and they seek to cultivate healthy engagement of the Bible that increases our love for Jesus through Scripture and our witness to Jesus through Scripture. Natalia Kohn Rivera coaches and trains nonprofit staff directors, leaders, and volunteers on prayer and hearing the voice of God. In addition to leading prayer workshops, speaking at conferences, and creating a curriculum on hearing God, Natalia also trains and equips in ministry partnership and leadership development. Natalia graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Spanish Literature from the University of California, San Diego, and has served in full-time ministry for 19 years with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, Pasadena International House of Prayer, and currently with InterVarsity’s LaFe (Latino Fellowship) Ministries. Natalia is passionate about growing in intimacy with Jesus and coaching others in experiencing the presence of God and hearing God’s voice for themselves. Natalia loves the Word of God and helps others experience the powerful Word of God as it grabs hold of their hearts and changes lives in every way.
