Spiritual Formation Retreat Guides

Retreats are an opportunity to spend intentional, focused time with God, stepping away from work, homework, phones, social media, and other things that take over our lives. Retreats can be done nearly any where, any time. They can last anywhere from a couple hours, to a week. Most of the guides you'll find here can be used for a half-day retreat (3-4 hours) or a full day retreat (6-8 hours). Within them, you'll move through a variety of activities including settling, praying, worshipping, listening, and reflecting. Each guide is a little different, but the goal is the same: spending time with God.
