HC Yang

HC has been on staff with InterVarsity for 15 years and currently serves as part of the Catalyze Team, which is committed to seeing a Bible study form on every campus in the United States. His heart is to see God form a people that can speak prophetically, act imaginatively, and live freely - bearing witness to the shalom God wants to bring in an increasingly complex, polarized, and chaotic world. He has mostly ministered on a variety of campuses in Chicago and most recently was an associate director with the Asian American Ministries department. He is serving as a pastor of an English speaking congregation near Seoul, South Korea and is pursuing his PhD in Theological Ethics at Fuller Theological Seminary.
