Chandra Crane served with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship for 20+ years, working with grad students & faculty at Emory, Georgia Tech, and Mississippi College Law School. She is a founding member of the Mixed Ministry Leadership Team, was Mixed Ministry national coordinator in Multiethnic Initiatives/Creative Labs, and a national resource specialist in the dearly departed Discipleship & Leadership department.

Chandra is a multiethnic/multicultural/transracial adoptee: ethnically Thai and white, with white and Black cultural roots. Growing up in the Southwest and now happily transplanted to the Deep South, she is passionate about diversity and chosen family. She enjoys reading, gathering her receipts, and cheerfully defying stereotypes. Chandra is the author of Mixed Blessing: Embracing the Fullness of Your Multiethnic Identity (IVP 2020) and host of the podcast Mixed Blessing: Breaking Bread at the Multiethnic Table. Jasmine served on InterVarsity staff for 5 years in the New York City area and helped to plant a multiethnic chapter at Purchase College. She is passionate about making sure Mixed students have safe spaces on their campus and in their chapters to experience community and know God’s love for them. Jasmine currently lives in New York City with her husband, Chris.  

Rachel served as a volunteer with InterVarsity’s Mixed Ministry. She is a mixed Middle Eastern and White woman from New York. She is passionate about teaching and equipping Christians, especially in the art of Scripture memorization. Rachel previously worked as a social worker and is now serving in full time youth ministry with military teens. She holds a MSW from the University of Pennsylvania and a degree in theology from Cairn University.
