Rachel serves as a volunteer with InterVarsity’s Mixed Ministry. She is a mixed Middle Eastern and White woman from New York. She is passionate about teaching and equipping Christians, especially in the art of Scripture memorization. Rachel previously worked as a social worker and is now serving in full time youth ministry with military teens. She holds a MSW from the University of Pennsylvania and a degree in theology from Cairn University.

Mark Matlock serves as the Executive Director of the Urbana Student Missions Conference, bringing decades of leadership in mobilizing young people for discipleship and global mission. An internationally known author and speaker, Mark has shaped generations of young adults through innovative ministry initiatives, including founding WisdomWorks, leading Youth Specialties, and conducting research as a Senior Fellow with Barna.  His work bridges research and practice, equipping young people and church leaders to respond faithfully to God’s global call.
