Phil Nordquist
Phil Nordquist has served with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship since 1999, centering his work on helping plant new ministry on college campuses. He now leads planting efforts as the Regional Ministry Coordinator for Indiana and Illinois and serves nationally as Associate Director of Coaching, guiding the National Coaching Center and a team of planting coaches who support planting every corner of every campus. And if you really want to get Phil talking, ask him about Syracuse basketball, the Buffalo Bills, or the Chicago Cubs—he’s always ready to celebrate the highs but more likely commiserate through the heartbreaks.

Start Something New
Hundreds of college campuses have no ongoing Christian ministry reaching students. Some of these campuses are in your area! InterVarsity longs to see revival, and we want to catalyze movements that call every corner of every campus to follow Jesus. You and your friends can play a vital role in seeing this revival happen!

National Theological Formation Team
The National Theological Formation Team develops resources and curates training that engage InterVarsity staff in theological formation and reflection. The team seeks to resource growing disciples on staff who embrace and minister out of InterVarsity’s shared doctrinal commitments, and who wisely and theologically engage the rapidly evolving university context. Please contact theology@intervarsity.org with questions or for more information.
