Alexa McClean is the Associate Director of National Arts Ministry at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA.

As InterVarsity's National Director of International Student Ministry (ISM), Anna Lee-Winans leads ISM's Leadership Team to serve students and scholars from every nation, to every nation. Anna has served with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA for 24 years - as a Campus Minister at New York University, as an Area Director for Graduate and Faculty Ministries (GFM) in New York & New Jersey, as the National Director of Discipleship & Growth, and as a national strategist for GFM. 

She is a second generation Chinese American born and raised in NYC, serving as a social worker in a pediatric AIDS clinic before ministering with InterVarsity. She has both a MSW and BA from NYU. She lives in Queens, NY with her husband and two daughters. Anna enjoys eating adventures with gracious people.

Mark graduated in 2008 from DePauw University and is a Delta Upsilon. He and his wife Laura and his son Joshua live on the Near-East side of Indianapolis. Mark loves Greek ministry, music, writing, hiking, and good food. He's been on staff since 2008. Mark serves as the Associate Director of Growth for Greek InterVarsity.

Alison Smith is a Pi Beta Phi alumna from Western Michigan University. She started a Greek InterVarsity chapter at her alma mater and came on staff with Greek InterVarsity after she graduated. Alison has served at Miami University, the University of Utah, and is now the Associate Director of Communications for Greek IV nationally. Alison is an active alumna with Pi Beta Phi- leading as a Collegiate Regional Programming Specialist for the Pacific Northwest. In her spare time, Alison enjoys reading, writing, gardening, spending time with her husband and adorable cat (she is not ashamed!), and running. 

Andrew Givens has been on staff with InterVarsity for 10 years and is an Area Director in Boston.  He longs to see students and staff lead from a place of deep intimacy that produces a deep witness reflected in a reconciling life. He’s the director of the Empowered Conference.  

Serene Neddenriep has served with InterVarsity for a combined 19 years, as a new believer, student leader, Campus Staff, community college planter, and coach and trainer in the planting cohort. She currently serves as InterVarsity’s Assistant Director of Chapter Planting and leads the National Council of Revival Leadership for InterVarsity.
