Andy Kim

Andy Kim is a strategist, storyteller, and ministry leader who helps the next generation imagine and pursue their place in God’s global mission. He currently serves as Associate Conference Director for Urbana, InterVarsity’s triennial student missions conference that has inspired hundreds of thousands to say “yes” to God’s global call.

Andy has helped shape multiethnic leadership development, intercultural formation, and missional innovation across a variety of roles within InterVarsity and higher education—including as a campus minister at Northwestern University, Director of Intercultural Development at Trinity International University, and Multiethnic Resource Director for InterVarsity's Multiethnic Ministries. Most recently, he served as Associate Director of InterVarsity’s Creative Labs where helped launch the Ministry Playbook, a digital training platform that has equipped thousands of staff, students and partners in campus ministry across the country. 

He holds an MDiv from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and a BA from Northwestern University. He and his wife Madeline live in Urbana, Illinois, with their three children.

Kevin Wilson

Kevin Wilson is a youth and young adult pastor at the Oceanside SDA Church who is passionate about helping people think meaningfully about lives so that they can live their lives meaningfully. He describes himself as a “third-culture-kid” who grew up in Sri Lanka, Oman, and the United States. When he’s not ministering to his congregation, he spends time nurturing a growing tribe of 200K+ chai-loving friends across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, by using chai as a medium for storytelling. He currently lives in San Diego, married to his best friend of 10 years and his fur-children Phoebe and Leo.

Kathy Schoonover-Shoffner

With more than 30 years of nursing experience, Kathy became the national director of Nurses Christian Fellowship in 2016. She served for 12 years as the editor of InterVarsity's Journal of Christian Nursing and is currently the JCN Editor-in-Chief. Kathy is married with three adult children and lives in Wichita, Kansas. She loves weekly Bible study, playing the piano and assisting with worship at her church.
