La has served as a campus staff with InterVarsity for eight years and worked with students on multiple campuses in Wisconsin. She is passionate about Hmong ministry and has been a part of planning and directing the Hmong Christian Collegiate Conference (HC3) in the Lakes and Plains region. She enjoys cooking, good conversations around food, and photography. 

Diana Collymore serves as the Associate Director of Missions with InterVarsity/USA. Her vision is to “turn the world upside down” (Acts 17:6) through the college campus. Diana seeks to invest in the development of college students as the lifelong disciples of Christ Jesus who are about God’s mission in every sphere. A calling and passion for Diana is mobilizing students from communities of color to contribute their God-designed gifts in global missions.

Diana is a New-York-born-and-raised second-generation American of Barbadian heritage. In 2005 she began a long-term cross-cultural journey in Madison, WI. She now calls home Chicago, IL, a city whose people and civic life continually grow her understanding of living into God’s mission.  Diana enjoys much laughter, intense conversations, and, depending on the day, really good coffee or tea.
 

For over two decades, Dr. Mark Washington has developed the next generation of faith-driven business leaders. He serves as the National Director of MBA Ministry, supporting over a dozen MBA staff, 30 MBA fellowships, and multiple national and international projects, including the Believers in Business Conference as advisor.

He is a founding board member of the National Faith and Work Association and has collaborated with numerous other organizations, including New Canaan Society, Generous Giving, Christian Economic Forum, Faith Driven Investor/Entrepreneur, Faith and Work Movement, VOCA, Praxis, and others. Additionally, he coaches entrepreneurs to enable them to flourish and their ventures to have Kingdom impact.

Mark earned a dual degree, MA in Theological Studies and MBA, as well as a Doctor of Ministry in Faith, Work, Economics, and Vocation at Fuller Theological Seminary. He lives with his wife in Colorado Springs and enjoys hiking, biking, and pickleball.

Karen is the National Ministry Director of Women Scholars and Professionals, a focused ministry of InterVarsity’s Graduate and Faculty Ministries. Except for some years taken off to raise children, Karen has spent her adult life and career in and around InterVarsity — originally as a student and campus staff member in Michigan and currently in Georgia.

An entrepreneur at heart, she started the graduate student fellowship at Michigan State and the MBA fellowship at Georgia Tech. She loves to use her gifts of hospitality and teaching to create a welcome place for people to connect with God and with one another.

Currently, she is bringing together women in graduate school and beyond to encourage, support, and mentor one another to live fully into the call of God on their lives as they navigate the challenges of academia and the professional world. Karen and her husband live in Marietta, Georgia. She loves dark chocolate, good coffee, and British crime drama.
