Skip McDonald
Skip McDonald is a regional resource specialist with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA, sourcing mental health, spiritual formation, manuscript Bible studies, and Nurses Christian Fellowship. With degrees in both nursing and theology, she has also worked as a registered nurse, is involved in women's ministry, and is the founder and CEO of Freedomsize Worship Fitness.

Jen loves students and seeing them meet God in transformative ways. Jen has been on staff with InterVarsity for 22 years and her heartbeat is to see mission go forward on campus, growing ministry and individuals. Her vision is to see every campus with a nursing program have a Nurses Christian Fellowship where students have an opportunity to meet Jesus at the intersection of their faith and vocation.
Scott Bessenecker
Scott Bessenecker is Director of Global Engagement and Justice for InterVarsity. He has written several books including The New Friars: The Emerging Movement Serving the World’s Poor and Overturning Tables: Freeing Missions from the Christian Industrial Complex. Scott’s most recent book, Bad Religion, Good News, deals honestly with the sins of the church and our disappointments with the church.
