Natalia Kohn Rivera coaches and trains nonprofit staff directors, leaders, and volunteers on prayer and hearing the voice of God. In addition to leading prayer workshops, speaking at conferences, and creating a curriculum on hearing God, Natalia also trains and equips in ministry partnership and leadership development. Natalia graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Spanish Literature from the University of California, San Diego, and has served in full-time ministry for 23 years with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, Pasadena International House of Prayer, and currently with InterVarsity’s LaFe (Latino Fellowship) Ministries. She mobilizes Latino/a students to the nations by directing LaFe Summer Global projects. Additionally, she co-wrote "Hermanas." Natalia is passionate about growing in intimacy with Jesus and coaching others in experiencing the presence of God and hearing God’s voice for themselves. Natalia loves the Word of God and helps others experience the powerful Word of God as it grabs hold of their hearts and changes lives in every way.

Rev. Philip Bowling-Dyer (Phil) serves as the InterVarsity Christian Fellowship's National Diversity Director and National Diversity Fellow. He has worked with hundreds of churches, colleges, and organizations, enabling them to relate more effectively and easily in diverse and "difference" situations. He's a graduate of the University of California Berkeley and the Berkeley School of Divinity; he is ordained in the American Baptist and Progressive Baptist denominations. He's a Certified Diversity Executive© with The Institute for Diversity Certification (IDC), and a certified trainer with both Cultural Intelligence (CQ) and Technology of Participation (ToP). He bakes, hikes, sings, and community organizes in his hometown of Oakland, California with his family and friends.

X. Nader Sahyouni is a licensed clinical professional counselor and a spiritual director with a Doctor of Ministry in Spiritual Formation. He regularly speaks at retreats and conferences on the intersection of psychotherapy, spiritual formation, and brain science. He is the author of “Anxiety Transformed: Prayer that Brings Enduring Change,” as well as “The Three A’s Anxiety” prayer workbook. Nader lectures annually at North Park Theological Seminary’s Center for Spiritual Direction. He also volunteers as Asst. Director of Spiritual Foundations for InterVarsity Christian Fellowship.

Rachel served as a volunteer with InterVarsity’s Mixed Ministry. She is a mixed Middle Eastern and White woman from New York. She is passionate about teaching and equipping Christians, especially in the art of Scripture memorization. Rachel previously worked as a social worker and is now serving in full time youth ministry with military teens. She holds a MSW from the University of Pennsylvania and a degree in theology from Cairn University. 

Jamie Ladipo serves as the Associate Regional Director of Michigan M Lower Peninsula.  She first got involved with InterVarsity at Coe College in Cedar Rapids, IA where she decided to follow Jesus. After graduation she moved to Kansas to begin planting InterVarsity chapters. She now lives in Landing, MI with her husband Paul and sons Toby and Elliot.

Sue fell in love with sharing the gospel on her own college campus, the University of Puget Sound. She has degrees in Professional Writing, and Adult Education and Training. She serves on the prayer ministry team at her church in Flagstaff, AZ. Sue has been on InterVarsity staff for 35 years, happily serving in various ways to help develop future leaders.
