Ashley is the Resource Specialist for the Asian American Ministries department. She formerly served as a campus minister at the University of Wisconsin – Madison, working primarily with Hmong American and Asian American students. She co-hosts the Better Than Seven Sons podcast and dabbles into many projects. Ashley now lives in St. Paul, MN with her husband where they enjoy learning and exploring the history and people of the city.

René Aguirre, on staff for over 22 years, serves as the Senior Associate LaFe Director for InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. He provides supervision and pastoral care for the Staff in the LaFe Dept. As a certified specialist in Clifton Strengths, he also provides leadership development for LaFe staff throughout movement.  

As the Director of InterVarsity’s National Latino Student Conferences—LaFe07, LaFe10, and LaFe13—René helped to strengthen InterVarsity’s ability to disciple Latino students and train Staff in Latino student outreach. René has an Accounting and Finance degree from Texas Tech University, and he and his wife presently live in Dallas, TX. 

Will Truesdell is Assistant Regional Ministry Director for InterVarsity's New England Region.

Elizabeth Barrera is the LaFe Regional Ministry Coordinator for InterVarsity’s Red River Region. She also serves as a Planting Coach with the Coaching Center in the Planting Department. 

Abner Ramos is the Coaching Associate Director for InterVarsity’s Planting Department
